RAGRATECH Return Policy

Return Request Deadline

You have 14 days from the date of receiving the product to initiate a return request.

Return Conditions by Circumstance

1. Change of Mind / Exchange

  • Product must be new, in its original packaging, with all accessories included.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility (unless the product is defective).
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or invoice).

2. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We cover return shipping costs (upon defect validation).
  • An exchange or refund will be offered.

3. Order Never Received / Cancellation After Payment

  • Contact us immediately:
    • For cancellations before shipment: full refund within 48 hours.
    • If the order is lost: replacement product sent or refund issued.

4. Custom-Made or Opened Products

  • Non-refundable (unless a defect is confirmed).

Return Process

1. Initial Contact

  • Email (contact@ragratech.com) or via your customer account.
  • Specify the reason for return (exchange, refund, defect).

2. Validation

  • We provide a return number and shipping address:

  • Label the package with "SAV" + return number.

3. Shipping the Product

  • Use a tracked shipping method (mandatory for international returns).
  • For parcels >10kg/80cm, request a quote before shipping.

Refund Timelines & Methods

  • Processing time: Up to 14 days after we receive the returned item.
  • Method: Refund issued via the original payment method.
  • Exceptions:
    • Up to 20% deduction for missing packaging/accessories.
    • Customs fees non-refundable for international returns.

RAGRATECH Warranty

1. Legal Warranty (Consumer Customers)

  • Conformity:
    • 2 years for new and refurbished products.
    • 12 months for used products.
    • Choice of repair or replacement (within 1 month of claim).
  • Hidden Defects (French Civil Code, Articles 1641–1649):
    • Deadline: 2 years after defect discovery.
    • Conditions: Defect existed at purchase, rendering the product unusable or severely impaired.

2. Commercial Warranty

  • New/refurbished products: 2 years (return to workshop with invoice & RMA number).
  • Used products: 12 months.
  • Repair time: 3 to 7 weeks.

3. Warranty Exclusions

  • Not covered:
    • Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications.
    • Accidental damage (drops, liquids, power surges, fire, etc.).
    • Dead pixels, cosmetic scratches, computer viruses.
    • Consumables (batteries, cells) and lost data.
  • Manufacturer warranty:
    • For products with separate warranties, contact the manufacturer directly.

After-Sales Service (SAV) Process

  • Report defects within 7 days:
  • Return the product with:
    • A copy of the invoice + RMA number (provided by us).
